Job Position:- Oracle HRMS Techno – Functional (Payroll)

Location:- Cleveland, OH

Duration:-6 Month

Exp.:- 8-10 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

 

(TECHNICAL/BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY)

MUST-HAVE:-

·         Functional Process knowledge for HR, Payroll

·         Knowledge about US labor laws and statutory processes

·         Good analytical skills

·         Oracle Applications concepts

·         Oracle HRMS knowledge (HR/Payroll) module knowledge

·         Knowledgeable about the oracle processes including the core tables and the other database components

·         Knows about the features and standard reports for US Payroll provided by Oracle

·         Has hands on experience on database tools, reporting tools (XML Publisher/BI Publisher).

·         Worked on 2 end to end implementations or support projects

·         Oracle AIM methodology

·         Worked on R12 (12.1.3) at-least

·         Good communication skills

·         Work effectively with offshore team in an onsite – offshore model.

 

GOOD-TO-HAVE:-

·         R12 exposure on HRMS

·         AOL knowledge

·         PL/SQL knowledge

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF / EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:-

·         Should be able to work independently with the customer in gathering requirements, perform gap analysis, as-is documents, to-be documents, requirement document (BP-80), prepare BR-100, configure the environment. Conduct CRP's, prepare MD050's, prepare user acceptance test scripts, assist in UAT.

·         Able to drive the implementation team and assist technical team.

·         Self-motivator and provides effective solutions

·         Team player and ability to assist in UAT and production deployment/support
