Requirements :
| Position Description: Develops graphic materials in support of internal and external communications, presentations, and proposals. Works closely with program management, functional leadership, and technical staff to accurately capture and creatively depict key information, themes, and concepts. Will contribute to communications campaigns, marketing campaigns, and branding projects. Conceives, designs, lays out, and coordinates editorial illustrations and creative artwork. Develops interpretive themes that convey ideas and information. Creates graphic presentations that communicate mood, emphasis, insight, viewpoint, and similar visual impressions. Provides guidance on graphic technology. Works closely with internal company contacts to understand requirements and create cost efficient graphic designs through available mediums. May provide computer graphic services for web artwork. |
| Skills Requirements: At least 11 years of experience in graphic design, supporting business processes, proposals, and internal/external communications. Skill in utilizing a variety of graphics and publication tools. Experience in presenting graphic concepts to executive leadership. | Position Description: Develops and delivers technical and other professional training solutions in support of multiple programs and client groups. Evaluates training needs and manages all aspects of training delivery. Works closely with Program Management to anticipate future needs and business objectives. Researches new technologies, industry best practices, and training methodologies. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs |
| Skills Requirements: At least 11 years experience developing and implementing training programs in the technology and/government contracting industry. Position Description:
The Senior Java Developer shall develop & maintain Java based Web Applications. They will have prime accountability for major projects and will develop detailed and robust design, code, test, and implement proposed systems. They will use the ability to develop technical solutions, document the solution architecture, & design document using UML. They will have hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture principles. They will work independently and provide technical directions to team members. They will use superior oral and written communications skills to effectively convey progress, issues, reports, and other customer deliverables with clarity and value.
• Experience with J2EE technologies such as Core Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WASD, Web sphere, RAD or Servlets.
• Experience with writing Java Batch applications
• Experience in UML diagramming and design documentation.
• Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL or JDBC.
• XML processing experience such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SSL.

Skills Requirements:
• Experience with J2EE Framework/ORM such as Struts and Hibernate.
• Experience with Web Service Technology and Security
• Service Definition Language (WSDL), WS-Security, Web Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM), or SOAP With Attachments (SWA)
• Familiarity with project management frameworks
