Consultant required for the below mentioned requirement

Quality or Test Analyst

Northern VA

1year contract

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or substituted with 5+ years of relevant IT/Quality.
6+ years of QA Engineering experience.
2+ years of leading/overseeing/influencing testing activity of multiple testers.
3+ years of experience in testing mobile applications, native and hybrid apps.
2+ years experience with various project management methodologies, including agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes), packaged system implementations, and traditional specification-driven approaches.
2+ years experience business processes and related systems supporting either Credit Card, Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, or Finance industries.
Minimum 3+ years of Ruby Scripting experience or 2+ years of Object Oriented software development experience (e.g. C#, Javascript, C/C++)
Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
2+ years hands-on experience in quality tools (ALM, QC, Selenium, QTP, and Automation Suites)
2+ years experience in an agile, continuous integration environment.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile test automation, automation framework, and automated functional delivery using Cucumber, Ruby, Calabash and Appium.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Acceptance test driven development (ATDD) methodology.
Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.
Experience with CI/CD with Hudson/Jenkins tools.
Experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking.
Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and coming up with effective solutions to ensure project deliverables on time and within budget.
Experience with a variety of test tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments.
Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing
Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
Ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously.
