JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Role:- Servicenow
POSITION SUMMARY:
Work with Analyst to understand requirements. Assist with and carry out independent build work in Service Now. Build work will occur in a variety of modules including but not limited to Demand, PPM, Asset, and Application Builder.
REQUIREMENTS:
Needs to have 2-3 years' experience with Service Now development. Needs to be familiar with versions Berlin through Eureka.
SKILLS:
• Understand current instance customizations and adjust workflows accordingly.
• Build according to requirements and as close to out of the box as possible by negotiating build with Business Analysts
• Coordinate update sets and proper use of change management
• Work to ensure environment synchronization
• Follow all documentation requirements related to the assigned work
