Job Description:
Candidate will need to have worked with Front Office Risk systems but perhaps with stronger BA skills than for the CCAR role as they will be producing documents.
Extensive experience performing business analysis/support in an investment banking front office IT environment, with an emphasis on front office risk and risk management systems. Experience working with or
facing off to downstream consumers such as back office risk or product/financial control would be useful.
Ensure complete and accurate requirements are captured in an efficient manner across SRP; ensure their coordination and consistency of requirements both within SRP and across related programmes; ensure
appropriate scoping and requirements traceability
Translate modelling and risk requirements into functional specifications for implementable solutions in our front-to-back infrastructure
Perform analysis related to data requirements, process/flows and non-functional requirements across SRP
Support change request impact analysis and test case/script development
Document requirements in a variety of analysis artefacts required by stakeholders and developers as well as Audit and external regulators
Communicate key concepts and decisions to a variety of stakeholder audiences
Ensure the analysis effort is properly coordinated with overall programme objectives
Risk Aggregation – perform business analysis in support of a strategic cross-IB implementation of Risk Aggregation, a high priority programme with regulatory project dependencies and itself with milestones
reportable to regulators. Risk Aggregation will be delivered in a strategic technology stack, the RDX, to senior Front Office and back office risk stakeholders, allowing timely delivery of consistent risk in a standard
format and methodology, at various levels of aggregation above that of simple book (i.e. regional, by counterparty, by multiple levels of business cluster, across asset classes, etc).
