Website application development experience, have experience with .NET 2.0/3.0 platform wrt ASP.NET, C, ADO.NET, Experience in designing .NET components, Experience in working with SQL 2005 and basic data base concepts .   

Share point certified, experience in Architecting & designing ,Should have knowledge of share Point 2007, Knowledge of other Microsoft products such as project server, Commercre server, Content management Server is must,

Component One Knowledge of commonly used Open Source components, popular frameworks like Spring.NET, nHibernate.NET Should have knowledge of DLL Hell versioning issue, Interops, Vertical and Horizontal Migration strategy Advanced .NET Framework 3.5 (advanced) Advanced WF(Workflow) and CF(communication foundation) technologies Windows Card space fundamentals Enterprise Library Advanced LINQ

Experience in Requirement Analysis.

Strong UML experience, DB Design skills, Experience in design tools like Visio, rational., knowledge of web Services, Service Oriented architecture & EAI .

Sufficient knowledge of MOSS2007 Deployment, Backup and Restoration of sites.

Awareness of UML, Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams Aware of basic tier architecture Trade-offs between different architectures Preparation of various architectural documents
