* Expert understanding of Agile and project management methodologies
* javascript
* Web Services, XML, XSD, SOAP, WSDL
* IBM MDM Experience
* BPMN
* BPEL
* BPM Environment management, software upgrades and installs
* WAS 8.5
* Experience with utilizing Software engineering processes such as TDD/ATDD, paired programming, etc.
* TDD/ATTD experience preferred
* Insurance Domain Experience
