-Has addressed support calls and customers (mainly worked with security groups)

-Great Communication and People Skills

-Can do diagrams in Visio

 

Desired:

-Knowledge of FileNet install and architecture

-Records Management experience

-Content Collector Experience

-Content Navigator Experience

 

Huge Plus:

-Has SharePoint integration experience with FileNet
