Role: Manual QA with clinical exp
Location : Boston MA
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
1. Around 5-7 years of experience providing Software QA and Testing services.
2. Proven track record to perform all aspects of Quality Assurance, such as planning QA activities, providing input into requirements / specification / design.
3. Create or support the creation of test plans, scenarios, test cases and test data, execute approved test plans and report/document results of executed test plans.
4. Document and manage software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to the respective team members.
5. Experience in Bio pharma / Biotechnology / Clinical Research Organization is a plus.
6. Familiarity with FDA regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP desirable.
7. Experience with various SDLC processes and how various QA activities and quality-centered best practices fit into such product development lifecycles.
8. Experience with agile software practices and managing work across more than one project.
9. Experience in waterfall methodology preferred.
10. Knowledge of and experience with best practices in configuration and change management of software components and packages including defect/issue reporting and tracking.
11. Good knowledge of SQL is must.
12. Must have knowledge of HP Quality Center 10.x or higher version.
13. JIRA exposure is a plus.
14. Any software testing certification is a plus.
15. Manual Testing team member to manage functional, Regression, Integration /interfaces, Conversion, Reports, End to End testing.
16. Experience working with onite/offshore model.
17. Solid written and oral communication skills in both conversational and technical English.
