Job Description for Office 365 Migration Engineer
· 2+ year of experience in MS tech
· Must have migration experience from to Exchange Online/Office 365.
· Cloud competency understanding of services and the complexity of the issues that arise in migrations and deployment to the cloud.
· Troubleshooting skills in connectivity and migrations
· Troubleshoot user issues related to mailbox access.
· Knowledge on Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues.
· Assist Office 365 customers with configuration of onboarding tools and processes technology.
· Analyze, develop and communicate key Onboarding process and technology improvement feedback for Office 365 Onboarding and entire deployment cycle.
· Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours or on-call rotation.
Technical Skills:
Strong background in Exchange.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365
Migrations in Exchange and/or migrations and hybrid migrations to O365
Lotus Notes Migrations
Active Directory
Federation Services (ADFS)
Active Sync
PowerShell
DNS
MS Office Suite
Cloud experience
Ram
