Job Description:

 

Role: Sr. Technical Project Manager

 

Key manager must haves:

 

Be familiar with an Agile environment

Someone w/ a Technical bkg. who has moved into a PM role.

Ability to have team members who have a dotted line (not direct reports) work with you to give you the deliverable to allow you to meet the milestones and provide weekly status updates.

Personality is key- they must fit into the environment- A Corporate, sophisticated, well spoken individual.

 

Examples: Must have the ability to ask, not push when presenting new ideas, be a good listener, drill down, ask the right questions, figure out the landscape quickly, Get things done.

 

Projects encompass 3 areas:

1.         Message Integration (Email)

2.         Telephony

3.         Help desk

Project: TWC Integration

Working closely with the following teams: TWC, BSS/OSS, Network, Charter etc.

Responsible for meeting deadlines, and deliverables.

Weekly updates, making presentations across various teams, and reporting up to the PMO.
