Job Description :

 

The client requires the candidate to work on-site 5 days per week. No remote work/candidates can be considered.

This position requires frequent user contact, so the candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate should be available to work a rotating on-call schedule including non-prime hours, as necessary to provide 24/7 support.

 The position requires Level 3 Windows experience installing and maintaining SAP ancillary systems running on Windows platforms. 

The candidate will develop and implement SAP components hosted on Windows servers to ensure adequate service levels and a high degree of performance, recoverability, integrity and availability. 

The candidate will perform day-to-day administration on those components and application specific areas of their host systems, track usage and determine when additional licenses or systems will be required, shuffle systems as necessary to support all personnel on various versions during upgrades, and work with Microsoft Server Technologies team to ensure delivery of new servers as necessary.   

Additional duties include installing/managing new client software, Internet Transaction Server instances and settings, and third party SAP utilities, and performing desktop integration/certification for SAP specific desktop applications (including any necessary Citrix versions). 

The candidate must have experience troubleshooting and researching issues resulting from complex interactions between SAP components, third party components, and Windows operating system parameters. 

Five or more years of L3 experience managing and deploying Windows Servers, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop deployments, and a working knowledge of file and print server management are required.

•      BW Precalculation Servers

•      Bartender Label Software

•      BackOffice Associates
