Background information:

 

The County is migrating from GroupWise to Exchange in the cloud. The project includes the establishment of the O365 environment for Exchange, to be integrated with Okta for AD authentication, the migration of mail from GroupWise to Exchange, communication and training plan for users and all implementation tasks related to this deployment.

 

Services requested:

 

A project manager with experience in O365 and Exchange in the Cloud implementations. Migration from GroupWise to Exchange a plus.  Strong PMP with excellent understanding of Exchange but also how to communicate and establish a change management plan for the County's 6,000 users.
