**COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS are extremely important for this position since the members on the team are all in different locations. Please only send me consultants will excellent communication skills.
The role is a UI developer Sr role with experience in .Net. Much of the work will be HTML / Javascript / JQuery, but they'll need to have a solid .Net experience since we utilize Microsoft's MVC pattern and host our pages in ASP.Net. Most of the work will be overseas, so the developer will also need to be able to communicate well and work autonomously. This resource is not the primary liaison with offshore, as we have two onshore contractors who fulfill that role. Also, we do have a lead developer on the project, onshore, but in Portland OR.

Responsibilities: Responsible for development of web application systems for Online Banking and Money Movement. Maintain development activities that support internet banking development, ensuring high quality work. Understanding current .NET technological trends. Demonstrable detailed understanding of design principles and methods, technology and standards. Interact with business users and Business Analysts to understand the requirements and create design documents. Work with project Managers and development leads to complete assigned tasks and with expected quality and on time.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendor resources. Skills: Knowledge of authoring tools and human interface. Must be experienced with performance aspects of application development. Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools and specification representation. Knowledge of web design principles and standards, firewall and network security, responsive web design, and Internet database connectivity. Primary Job skills (a combination of): C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, ASP.Net, MVC Framework, WCF Services, ASP.Net AJAX.
