Job description of the role Responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:
· Should have managed minimum of 2 to 3 end to end SAP implementation projects.
· PMP/ITIL certified would be an advantage
· Should have solid knowledge of the sales and distribution processes
· Should have Good understanding of the supply chain management processes
· Should have at least 2-3 years of project experience in the SAP SD module
· Knowledge of Vistex would be an advantage
· Understanding integrations with other SAP modules such as FI or CO is an asset
· Managing a portfolio of functional and technical projects relating to its SAP systems.
· Working with clients to determine project definition and business requirements.
· Manage issue management and escalation as they relate to project delivery
· Managing client and stakeholder relationships at project level.
· Providing leadership to project teams and clients in a SAP environment.
· Advising clients on project governance.
· Setting up an appropriate project organization.
· Developing work plans and coordinating the activities of the project team and sub-team.
· Managing project planning and scheduling.
· Act as a project management subject matter expert for processes and best practices
· Support post implementation project reviews and the integration of any lessons learned into future project delivery as well as third party project reviews
· Strive for 100% on-time and on-budget projects
· Provide program/project health reviews, and the implementation of any corrective actions
· Excellent soft skill qualities with SAP knowledge and experience
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
