Must:
• Around 8+ years of experience as Oracle DBA with good exposure to Oracle Golden Gate
• GoldenGate replication solutions design, implementation, and support for both unidirectional and bidirectional replication leveraging multiple features within the Oracle GoldenGate product suite.
• Design the initial architecture based on business requirements and GoldenGate best practices
• Discuss pros and cons to the various types of GoldenGate deployments.
• Assist the client in defining and documenting the replication configuration between database instances.
• Verify current GoldenGate Installations.
• Discuss the overall impact of the chosen GoldenGate configuration with the various departments in technical and business staff.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with Golden Gate configuration and replication
• Oracle11g/10g database administration support which includes installation of Oracle11g/10g/9i databases,
• Configuration, Cloning, Backup & Tuning.
Good understanding of and experience in UNIX operating systems
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
