Job Description:
Job title: Transformation BA
Location: Weehawken, NJ
Duration: 6 months
Mostly Required:
Ø strong Mainframe programming background
Ø JAVA knowledge is a plus
Ø He has to have strong knowledge of security master,
Ø Knowledge of financial/brokerage industry is a plus.
Ø Finally, the successful candidate will have experienced in designing User Interface & Reports specifications in the security mastering space
Required skills:
1. Analyses and extract from multiple mainframe online and batch programs business rules related to ASTRA project
2. Create business and technical requirements / specifications for offshore development team
3. Supports development team in requirements & specifications clarification Ensure that all assigned tasks are properly planned, organized, and documented
4. Work closely with Transformation Project delivery team, monitor delivery tasks to meet agreed timescales within practical constraints Transformation Plan
5. Translate business requirements into UI & Reports specifications
