Must-have
· 3-5 years of experience as a C++ Developer
· Experience developing real time server applications (no device driver/hardware development)
· Experience with Boost thread library
· Experience on a Linux platform
· Experience developing mission critical applications
Day-2-Day
· We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join a fast paced software as a service organization.
· This business unit operates as a startup within a large financial organization.
· The team is comprised of over 50 individuals and they all report into four distinct teams.
· We are currently hiring a developer to work on the Video/Network platform team and help to develop real time server applications.
· This application is a proprietary multi-media communication platform and this developer will be responsible for developing new technology along with new features and enhancements.
· This is a highly performing and patented software that is in a mission critical production environment.
· It also integrates with audio, Skype, Web RTC and is used by large enterprise organizations for video teleconferencing.
· We are not looking for a hardware or device driver developer.
· Instead, we are looking for candidates who developed proprietary C++ server applications and have experience with threating, memory management, and thread libraries, etc.
· This is a completely Linux based environments so candidates should have that background.
