Location: phoenix, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months contract
Client : TCS
Rate : $49/HR on c2c
Required visa : USC, GC.
Job Description :
Participate in designing and building test automation frameworks and coding automated test suites using Selenium to provide effective and efficient test execution
Working Knowledge on Selenium RC, Selenium IDE, Selenium Grid & Web Driver
Act as mentor for other members of the sprint teams as they learn automated test frameworks of Selenium
Set test automation standards to enable consistent, high-quality automated tests
Participate in root-cause analysis of processes and results; work to eliminate defect patterns by guiding the team to adopt process improvements to the automated test process
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of the automated test development process and the automated test suites.
Work closely with development and business analysts to develop test cases
Automated Test web applications across multiple browsers across cross platforms.
Build Automation framework from Scratch
Participate in an Agile Scrum development environment
Identify and automate test scenarios where applicable
Track and report defects from discovery to successful correction, validation and verification
Coordinate work activities with other project team members
Participate in requirement and test case peer reviews
Be able to determine and develop approaches for automation solutions
Demonstrated building and maintaining automated test frameworks (ex. jMeter, JUnit, Selenium /WD, Cucumber/Ruby,Calabash)
Experience developing testing scripts with Selenium Web Driver
Experience in Java/J2EE Technology
Experience with testing web applications across multiple browsers and browser versions
Experience working on a team utilizing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum
Education and/or formal training may substitute for experience requirement
Experience with Selenium Grid for efficient automation of multi-browser testing
Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM
