 Must Have:

ü  Should be able to resolve the day-to-day ServiceNow Administration issues raised by the user community via Incidents.

ü  Should be able to contribute to the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow system

ü  Implement security controls by using contextual security and develop a security scheme by using contextual security controls.

ü  Move data in and out of an instance using import sets and transform maps

ü  Fulfill ESS user requests using Service Catalog to create items and record producers, variables, and workflows.

ü  Establish a maintenance schedule through the ServcieNow upgrade calendar and recognize good practice opportunities.

ü  Add and map Configurations Items (CIs)

ü  Analyze Problems using BSM Maps
