Job Title:Business System Analyst
Location:Irvine, CA

Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a business systems analyst function
SuccessFactors experience in 360, PM/GM and Succession Management
Experience handling large sets of data resulting from 360 reviews
Experience working with additional modules of SuccessFactors is a plus
Good understanding of the business processes involved in the SuccessFactors
Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work with business partners to improve and evolve processes and technology
Experience in system design, data modeling and application architecture
Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients
Ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision.
Good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others
Focus is more on business process management**
