Risk Technology is looking for a hands-on C++ developer for designing and developing analytical enterprise-level applications for Counterparty Credit, Market and Wholesale Risk. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong
analytical problem solving skills and a passion for software development.
Knowledge of financial products and industry fundamentals would be considered a plus.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or quantitative field such as Math, Statistics
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience – preferably in C++
• C++ design and development skills with thorough understanding of STL, design patterns, multi-threading and software development paradigms in Windows and Unix environment.
• Focus on high-performance computing, distributed architecture, framework development
• Conversant with build, deployment and debugging processes
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with clients, project manager and IT stakeholders
• Must be well organized and able to meet stakeholder delivery commitments
• Fluent English
2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
