Requirements :
The Scrum Master will perform organizational and support activities for complex, high-profile programs and projects, working with cross-functional IT teams and Product Owners to deliver business solutions and to provide expert guidance to self-organizing teams in the areas of Scrum leveraging iterative planning, agile execution techniques, and cross-team coordination.
• Facilitates and coaches Scrum projects. Ability to serve as Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams
• Facilitates Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospective
• Ensures that Backlog Refinement is ongoing and productive
• Coordinates and participates in Scrum of Scrums
• Ensures that impediments and distractions are removed
• Understands and communicates team velocity and progress of Release & Sprint
• Maintains information radiators that keep stakeholders and Scrum Team informed
• Capable of delivering ongoing improvement in variable environments as a change agent
• Coaches team to become self-organized and able to deliver reliably at a high level of quality
• Facilitates discussion and conflict resolution amongst team members. Excellent communication and facilitative skills
• Assists the Product Owner with keeping the backlog refined
• Operates as an active member of internal Agile Community of Practice, including teaching and evangelizing
• Responsible for the implementation of Scrum. Guides the team to adopt and adhere to the Scrum framework
• Leads and coaches the organization in Scrum adoption
• Understands and demonstrates Agile principles and values
• consistently demonstrate Client's values
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
• Two years' experience with Agile management tools (TFS, Greenhopper/Jira, Rally or Version One)
• SME in regards to successful application of agile and lean techniques
• Proficient in Lean/Agile/Scrum tools (including packaged and/or ad-hoc tools and techniques)
• In-depth knowledge of the Scrum framework
• Organizational skills, team leadership, issue resolution and decision making
• Team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Proficient presenter, and ability to deliver information in a concise, understandable manner
• Ability to effectively mobilize cross-functional teams
• Comfortable in fast paced environments
• Servant Leader – Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done
• Communicative and social – Must be able to communicate well with teams
• Facilitative – Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
• Assertive – Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
• Situation ally Aware – Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
• Enthusiastic – Must be high-energy
• Continual improvement - Must continually be growing ones craft learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team

• Attitude of transparency – Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline. Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience
