Role: ETL Data ARCHITECT

Location: Tory, MI

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months contract 

Client :  TCS

Rate : $ 61/hr on c2c

Job Description :

·         8+ years of industry IT experience with at least 5 years in data warehouse implementation

·         4+ years as an Data Architect in large scale environments

·         4+ years of experience with Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Warehousing Design

·         Person should have working experience in Data quality tools, Data Modeling tool (such as Erwin), understanding of metadata management concepts

·         Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, AIX, Windows, Linux

·         Should be able to define, analyze, and review data architecture and technical requirements.

·         Experience in data analysis, data profiling, data integration, and data quality.

·         Define governance and best practices around meta-data to ensure an integrated definition of data for enterprise information, and to ensure the accuracy, validity, reusability, and consistent definitions for common reference data.

·         Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements

·         Ability to establish and achieve goals and maintain time lines

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Ability to manage and execute multi-year strategic vision

·         Ability to provide strong technical leadership to the organization

·         Ability to work independently with general direction

·         Knowledge of DataStage (IBM Information Server) essential. Knowledge of other ETL (data integration) tools such as Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator etc. is nice to have.

·         Nice to have knowledge of data profiling and data quality tools from IBM (Information Analyzer, QualityStage) or Informatica
