10+ years of experience in the field of User Experience and Information Architecture.

Strong in evolving the user experience journey, architecting user interface of applications / websites based on the User-Centered Design (UCD) process which includes Discovery, Design, Development and Testing.

Strong experience in crafting user experience and user interfaces for Portals, Web-based applications, Websites, hand-held devices.

Extremely hands-on with requirement gathering and analysis techniques such as User Interviews, Heuristic Evaluation, etc.

Specialties

Information Architecture, Usability, User Experience, Interaction Design,  UI Design, User Centered Design, User Research, Requirement Gathering, Card Sorting, Taxonomy, Content Inventory, Personas, Heuristics Evaluation.
