Job Description

· Have 4 - 8 years of experience with business development in US IT Recruitment/staffing.

· Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.

· Lead generation & prospecting to build new clients by using cold calling techniques, email, referrals, etc.

· Have strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort

· Have extensive experience in cold calling, and negotiating deals

· Have a proven track record in setting aggressive targets and achieving them

· Have an excellent understanding of IT and related areas.

· Have a drive to succeed, proven record of meeting and exceeding goals, are ambitious, motivated & career-driven

· Have exceptional verbal and written skills, phone and in-person interpersonal skills and presentation skills
