Position                : Application Project Manager

Location                : Ann Arbor MI

Duration                : 6+ months

Skills Mandatory:

·         Experience in Store Tech Deployment Project Management

·         Experience in Support IT Project Management Office

Required Skills

·         Facilitate IT-wide processes, including root cause analysis and portfolio management

·         Manage and track IT-wide project portfolio of projects to ensure proper reporting to management

·         Support and work within existing IS and business processes

·         Assist IT Reengineering efforts to analyze existing processes and help teams make changes where business appropriate

·         Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field

·         Has foundational experience playing a contributing role in full cycle software delivery as a business analyst, developer or quality expert (previous development experience preferred).

·         Understands can participate in and lead solutions design.

·         Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills

·         Candidate must be thorough and detail-oriented

·         Able to work on multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

·         Must be able to remain calm in pressure situations and adapt quickly to change

·         Must have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

·         3 – 5 years project leadership in a deadline driven environment

·         2 – 3 years working with technology vendors

·         System and/or Business Analysis experience preferred

·         Process improvement experience preferred

·         Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver complex technical projects to specifications

·         Proven ability to accurately reflect delivery dates without influence and escalate constraints as needed

·         Working knowledge of relational databases, MS Project, and ITSM

·         Excellent team player with good communication skills with both non-technical & technical co-workers

·         Working knowledge of ITIL processes

·         7+ years IT industry experience.
