•        Worked in an Operations environment ServiceNow developer with experience in ITIL process - IM, CM, Problem mgmt of ServiceNow Ability to build integration with third party applications Automation UI actions and policies Operational activities of resolving end user issues related to ServiceNow Awareness of service catalog ITIL certification is added advantage
