c. Wide experience of various SAP BASIS technologies
d. Experience with technical Infrastructure activities
3. Strong experience of SAP BASIS architecture
a. Ability to clearly communicate technology issues
b. Plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective
c. Providing pros and cons for recommended solutions.
4. 10+ years of leading experience
a. Leading technical or cross functional teams (3-10 members at least)
