•         Associate should have PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:

•         Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules – - HRMS 8.x/9.x - Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM includes Core HR, Workforce

 

Competencies   PeopleSoft CRM Sales  

Essential Skills   

Associate should have PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:

•         Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules – - HRMS 8.x/9.x - Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM includes Core HR, Workforce Administration, Workforce Development, ePerformance. - Benefits - Must have Knowledge on Benefit configuration on Eligibility rules, Event rules, Benefit Plans , Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, coverage formula and Benefit Program - Compensation - Self Service (Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service)

•         Exhaustive understanding of HR business processes

•         Expertise in following Technical areas: o People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code, o Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker. o Platform: UNIX. o Report Tools : XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report o RDBMS : Oracle10g/9i/8i o SQL Programming Tool : Toad o Operating Systems : Windows Vista, XP, UNIX, Windows 2000, Windows NT       

 

Desirable Skills:

•         Associate should have PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:

•         Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules – - HRMS 8.x/9.x - Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM includes Core HR, Workforce
