JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical/Functional Skills:
Leading Test Automation Projects with following skillsets:
1. Sound knowledge of Automation Frameworks and automation scripts using QTP, Selenium
2. Testing on ASP .Net, SQL, C#, Java Script, VB.Net
3. Scurm, Agile, Experience
4. Visual Studio, Browser Compatibility testing
5. Test Management tools: ALM, TFS, Jira
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Min 7+ years of overall exp with 5+ years of Selenium exp
• Experienced in preparing testing strategy and test plan for Test Automation project
• Prepare Automated Test Script using QTP, Selenium
• Sound knowledge about testing process and methodology
• Need to have excellent communication and presentation skill
• A strong advocate of Quality Assurance and Testing
• Good understanding of Defect management process
• Previous onsite exposure
• Agile project testing exposure
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with development and other stakeholders
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experienced in preparing testing strategy and test plan for Test Automation project
• Leading a team of 10+ automation engineers in onsite/offshore model
• Driving and implementing automation strategy
• Leading test review boards
• Test status reporting
• Defect review and management
• Effort estimation and capacity planning
• Testing documentation, execution and management
• Communicating with external stakeholders including development, business analyst and product leads for all project related activities and driving QA activities.
GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit critical thinking
• Team player and ability to lead a team towards meeting project goals maintaining positive environment.
• Prior onsite experience interacting with client managers
