JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Technical/Functional Skills:

 

·         Leading Performance testing of applications with following skillsetss:

·         Hands on exp in Performance Test tools such as VSTS, Loadrunner, Jmeter, Qlik's Scalability tool

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•                     .Min 7+ years of overall exp with 4+ years of 'Performance Testing' exp

•                     Prepare and execute performance test strategy

•                     Good understanding of testing process, methodology and testing tools

•                     Need to have excellent communication and presentation skill

•                     A strong advocate of Quality Assurance and Testing

•                     Good understanding of Defect management process

•                     Previous onsite exposure

•                     Agile project testing exposure

•                     Good interpersonal skills to interact with development and other stakeholders

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•                     Preparing performance test strategy and plan by reviewing Architectural  requirements

•                     Leading a team of size 10+ in onsite/offshore model

•                     Leading test review boards

•                     Test status reporting

•                     Defect review and management

•                     Effort estimation and capacity planning

•                     Testing documentation, execution and management

•                     Communicating with external stakeholders including development, business analyst and product leads for all project related activities and driving QA

 

GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

•                     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•                     Exhibit critical thinking

•                     Team player and ability to lead a team towards meeting project goals maintaining positive environment.

•                     Prior onsite experience interacting with client managers
