Technical/Functional Skills:
QTP, UFT, Selenium (nice to have),QC, ALM, JIRA, Excel Macros
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Strong functional Insurance domain knowledge
· Extensive exp in test automation using QTP
· Prior experience in working on core policy administration systems for a life Insurance Carrier will be an added advantage
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Designing and enhancing automation framework and implementation, develop automation test / regression suite
· Effectively liaise with customer to understand existing automation scope and document the same
· Provide training as needed on automation to the team
GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
· Ability to manage own work and ensure compliance to SLA's
· Should be able to work well in a team
