One of the candidates that was selected did not accept the role, and hence this is still open.

We need a Data Analyst that can also do ETL mappings, and act as an Informatica developer.

 

 

Location: Owings Mills MD

Duration: 6 months

H1B, GC and USC….. Need Visa Copies with profiles

Interviews: Phone plus Cisco Video Conference (1 Hr)

 

ETL/ Data Analyst

 

Need a strong Data Analyst who is technical and is strong with the below core skills-

·         -Data Modeling

·         -ETL Mappings & Transformations design

·         -Experienced with Informatica

·         -Executing data test cases, comparing source-to-target results

 

Project: SalesForce Integration- The core work is migrating data from our current CRM systems to a new enterprise Salesforce.com

·         The Data/ ETL Analyst acts as a consultant and partner with the business community and client project teams and business partners to elicit clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which BI/ ETL solutions are developed.

·         The Data/ ETL Analyst is responsible for defining (and/or redefining) business needs for new and/or existing mappings/ transformations.

·         The Data/ ETL Analyst generally works on projects of medium to high complexity.

 

Skills:

·         Strong Data Analysis, ETL Mappings and Business Intelligence background

·         Experience with Informatica

·         Experience with CRM/Salesforce world would be a big plus

·         Strong Query (SQL) experience

·         Experience developing business rule/transformations and ETL mappings based on that analysis

·         Experience authoring and executing data test cases, comparing source-to-target results

·         Detail oriented, strong customer communication skills, strong team player.

·         Must be able to put abstract concepts on paper and be able to explain.

·         Must be able to get to the "why" in a new request.

·         Owns their work, and needs very little direction as a self-starter.

·         Strong testing skills, able to identify the various aspects of a solution that may be impacted and need testing.

·         Integration, reporting, database focused
