RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (YRS):
· At least 7 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar capacity
TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
· Past Experience in SAP Business Analyst Role
· Experience/Knowledge of SAP Procure to Pay ( PTP) and Plan to Deliver(PTD) value streams as Business Analyst
· Requirement Gathering
· Cross Team Interaction ( Business & IT)
· Expert level competencies in MS Project , MS Visio, Power point , Word and Excel
· Experience in Manufacturing Industry
· Well versed with ASAP methodology
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Overall experience of 10 to 12 years
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Receives formal authority to drive project Business Requirement from Customer Business Relationship Manager
· Works on behalf of customer BRM
· Prepare, finalize Project Statement of Requirement in close collaboration with Business & IT
· Prepare Functional Specification as required
· Liaison between Business & IT
· Provides overall management support to the entire project team incorporating established standards, procedures, and controls
· Partner with the Business & IT in management of the key stakeholders expectations.
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
· Manages day-to-day project activities, issues, and risks
· Responsible for project status reporting & others as defined by customer.
· Manage project risks and issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders as required
· Manage, communicate and implement process change as required by project.
GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
· Strong Communication skills
· Good comprehension and analytical skills
· Excellent presentation skills
