Role Description As a PM, the candidate will have to:
- Own and Drive the Quarterly release from kick-off to Go-Live
- Ensure that the deliverables for the capabilities are tracking to schedule and mitigate any risks to the deliverables while managing expectations.
- Be accountable for the mitigation of risk/issues arising for the scope items.
- Align with various stakeholders – scope PMs, test team, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of scope and schedule.
- Provide input and drive continuous improvement to the program operating model, engagement model, governance and decision framework.
- Support key leadership update meetings, including the program operating committee and steering committee.
Essential Skills Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Deep Supply Chain knowledge
- Prior experience implementing projects to timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Proven track record driving successful, cross functional Supply Chain related initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both at a working and executive level
- Ability to clearly articulate business problems that need to be solved
- Understanding of Oracle ERP in Supply Chain
Desirable Skill Set Demonstrates leadership qualities including:
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well with a large number of stakeholders align on priorities
- Operates with a sense of urgency and is eager to learn and apply new methods and best practices
Total Experience Required
- 5 years Supply Chain or related Operations experience
- 2 years Program Management Experience leading medium cross functional initiatives
