Role: Pega Business Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA

Contract Duration: 18 Months

 

Experience Need : Overall 6-7 years BA experience and 4 years in Pega Experience

 

Core Skills needed:

Pega

Pega PMF(Project Management Framework)

Strong Business Analysis

Case Management

Agile Scrum

UAT

Prefer BA certification with Pega Systems (Pega Certified Business Architect-CPBA).

 

Role:

These roles are in an Agile environment.

This project is huge and will offer lots of challenge and opportunities to learn new skills!

Pega BA should be able to advise on integration and all aspects for Pega functionality

Work with a Project Manager and Client SMEs

Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

Analyze requirements and document business process using DCO in PEGA.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communication.

Excellent knowledge on data base and web services integrations.

The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and work flow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery

Understand the existing process, SLA and data exchanges to implement the solutions that meet required productivity.

Document the system requirements by meeting with existing business stakeholders and SMEs to elicit business rules, understand processes, information, and systems in use, and detailing the consequences (intentional or not) of making a business change to address a specific issue.
