Job Description
· 5+ years Hands-on professional experience.
· Agile, 5-6 years.
· Technology environment, complex projects.
· System integration.
· Work independently in fast-paced changing environment.
· Ruby, Gherkin, Version One (used in-house) or JIRA.
· CI/CD tools.
· Financial experience would be plus.
Requirement Skills:
· Problem-solving, team influencer, help lead/ guide.
· Exceptional communication (standups, meetings, articulate issues to all users).
· Understands coaching a team, not just facilitating meetings.
· Passion for coaching.
Basic Qualifications:
· At least a Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
· At least 3-5 Years of Agile Scrum or Kanban experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Masters / MBA degree
· At least 5 years of Agile Scrum and Project Management experience
· Relevant Agile Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master
· PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
· Financial services experience
