INTERVIEW PROCESS: PHONE SCREEN AND IN-PERSON INTERVIEW MUST - LOCAL CONSULTANT ONLY OR WHO CAN COME FOR FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW AT HIS/HER OWN COST

 

Skills/Experience:

 

1.       7 to 10 years of experience designing, developing and implementing applications using Microsoft Solutions (.Net; SQL Server)

2.       Experience in Financial Services Industry Segment with a focus on Investment Management and Performance Reporting Applications

3.       Fluent in ASP.net And C#

4.       Ability to design and optimize SQL server stored procedures

5.       Estimates and define time tables and project tasks; analyses and estimates cost and time

6.       Ensures that expected applications performance levels are achieved

7.       Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends technical solutions

8.       Ability to mentor others in best practices, design and emerging tech

9.       Demonstrate good understanding of the business needs driving projects.

10.   Ability to learn and apply technologies quickly.

11.   Strong Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.

12.   Must be familiar or have a background of Finance, Banking, Trading, transaction processing.

 

Education requirement:

 

1.       Bachelor's degree required

2.       Advance degree a plus

3.       Demonstrated achievement in Professional and/or academics pursuits- high GPA, academic honors, etc.
