We are currently looking for a strong Exchange Administrator to work in Stamford, CT.  This is a contract to hire opening and candidates need to be open for a possible CTH.  We need local candidates that can do a face to face interview.

 

·         Senior Level Microsoft Exchange administrators with solid Exchange 2003 experience. 

·         Able to hit the ground running for monitoring, implementation, changes

·         Develop, and design migration plan for a Microsoft Exchange 2010 project utilizing using best practice standards.

·         Design and migrate from current environment to Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment.

·         Confirm the architecture, migration plan, review strategy, confirm server sizing, enhance processes that will achieve goals in support of migration.

·         Design Retention and Archiving solution in order to replace current PST files.

·         Provide architectural and implementation experience and knowledge to develop the architecture, deployment plan and client migration plan.

·         Provide, review, develop and implement recommendation and best practices for Security as pertaining to Exchange 2010.

·         Provide support in patch management.

·         Design and Review of Existing Active Directory architecture.

·         Design and Review of Exchange Storage Disk Subsystem and configuration
