·         Exp in working with systems with high data volume (1 million+ Transactions per hour, Terabyte +Data Volumes)

·         Exp in working with systems with 2000+ Users

·         Performance Tuning Experience

·         Technical Design Experience (Enterprise)

·         Technical Lead Experience

·         Pattern / Best Practice Experience

·         Technical Mentoring

·         JUnit / Unit Testing Experience

·         Java Development Experience

·         SQL Development (Preferably with Oracle)

Verbal and Technical Communication Skills are a must

Experience implementing Technical Change for large projects preferable

Experience in migrating legacy applications to modern architecture required
