Requisition Details:

Job Description 

• Preparation of test scripts 
  
• Coordination with other modules - test end to end process running across modules and Functional teams for evolving test cases 
  
• Testing of SAP CRM test scripts in various landscapes – positive and negative 
  
• Evaluation of results 
  
• Documentation and feedback 
  

 

Required Skills 

• Hands-on experience testing the CRM area 
  
• Knowledge of the CRM area (prior configuration experience) and should be able to understand basic CRM transactions as well as connections with other modules. 
  
• Should have knowledge of SAP, be able to understand business processes and should be a self-starter 
  
• Hands on experience on HPQC will be an added advantage 
  
• Should be aware how data flows through CRM middleware to ECC 
  
• Willing to learn and explore non SAP tools such as HPQC, ESMS 
  
• Working knowledge of Solution Manager Change Request management will be an added advantage 
  
• Good communication (Oral and written) skills. Good client facing skills
