·         As a developer you will work as a member of a self organizing team developing under Scrum methodology.

·         Ideal candidates must have STRONG communication and personal skills since you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

·         You will also be expected to provide day to day technical leadership and make practical architecture decisions on the project.
