Hi,

Position : System Admin

Location : New Albany OH

Duration : 6 Months

Client: Abercrombie & Fitch(HCL)

 

Required Knowledge and Skills

·         6+ years of Linux administration, including SUSE, RedHat and Oracle Enterprise Linux.

·         6+ years of AIX administration including PowerVM, LPM, & Storage Pools.

·         VMware ESX administration.

·         Shell scripting.

·         Understanding of Unix best practices for secure builds in a large enterprise.

·         Understanding of PCI and Sarbox regulations and how they apply to Unix OSes.

·         Knowledge of Unix security practices and how to implement systems without creating  vulnerabilities (privileged escalation or other kinds) to internal or external users.

·         Understanding of Software and Services lifecycle management and Change process.

·         Minimum 4 year degree required.

·         Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Take ownership of customer service requests and manage them to closure.
