BI Engineer [OBIEE/Netezza MUST]
Location: Columbus, OH

Job Summary
As an engineer on the BI team, a resource is responsible for executing the development & support of client BI solutions. Client BI solutions consist of a Netezza Data Warehouse with OBIEE providing reporting solutions across our enterprise. This position will work closely with client' business partners & BI technical lead ensuring solutions meet their objectives including oversight of project delivery as well as management of day to day support activities.
Requirements (at least 4 of these)
• Experience with OLTP & Analytics databases such as Oracle, Netezza, SQL Server, etc
• Strong OBIEE experience
• Strong SQL expertise for data analysis & complex view development
• Strong knowledge of star schema & normalized data models
• Experience with ETL tools such as datastage, informatica, etc
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
• Expertise in delivery processes such as Agile & Waterfall
• Knowledge of development lifecycle tools such as JIRA, QC, etc
Responsibilities
• Build & support BI solutions including Netezza Views, Data Models & Report Development
• Provide technical requirements to our ETL teams for data ingestion
• Work with business partners to identify requirements
• Work with Project Management to provide timely estimates, updates & status
• Provide day to day user support for BI solutions
