Position: Senior .net Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Months

Description:

Mandatory skills:

Sitecore and .net with MVC framework.

Desired skills:

HTLML, CSS ,SQL server

Key Responsibilities:

·         Hands on Sitecore CMS Development with Senior Developer functions and responsibilities

·         Working with Team Managers to plan, develop and deliver great solutions for our client

·         Senior Developer and manage all development aspects of Sitecore projects for our client

·         Be able to produce and write clear technical and user documentation as required to support the solutions we offer our client

·         Have overall responsibility for exceeding expectations and deliverables for projects to best practices

·         Highly experienced in working with international cross-cultural teams

·            To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.

·            To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements

·            To provide technical guidance to junior developers

·            To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.

·            To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements

Essential Experience

·         Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing web sites or web applications

·         Minimum of 3 years working and leading as part of a team of developers

·         Minimum of 3 years working with large scale applications and Sitecore implementations

·         Minimum of 3 years' experience with asp.net web development technologies

·         High familiarity with procedures for deployment to production environments and subversion control

·         Good on .net and MVC framework.

Desired Experience

·         A key team player and with great tech leadership abilities

·         Excellent communicator in both technical and business environments – and muti-cultural teams working in different international offices

·         Demonstrated technical and analytical skills

·         Experience the provision of guidance for other team developers

·         Thorough understanding of the web and internet protocols

·         Thorough understanding of Sitecore CMS and DMS.
