Location  :Santa Clara, CA

Duration : Long term

 

Project : Integration of Salesforce  with SAP

 

Requirement :

 

·         Experience : 10 + years

·         Primarily a salesforce BSA with integration experience between salesforce and any other CRM System -  SAP or Oracle

·         This position will require a self-reliant individual to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of Business Analysis, Quality Test Assurance, and System Administration tasks. 

·         The Functional SFDC Business Systems Analyst will work with multiple departments to understand complex business processes and strategies.

 

Responsibilities :

·         The SFDC Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for writing detailed business requirements or Functional Design document for the SFDC application in support of worldwide cross functional teams: Customer Advocacy, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations.

·         They will also be responsible for the Quality assurance testing of the new enhancements and supporting L1 system administration support.
