Location : Anywhere in US
2 Years Contract
Network Engineer for one of its client who would be travelling to the client's customer location and provide Network Management Services and support. The clients could be anywhere in US, every client project would be for about 2 to 3 months and then this Network Engineer would be assigned to another client anywhere in US.
Travel to client's customer site assigned to.
Up to 70% of the time the consultant has to travel.
Experience in Netscout preferred (highly)
Excellent communication skills.
Note : CCNP copy required during profile submissions
On-site Engineer to work in this fast-paced environment with world-class engineers and customers, and cutting-edge technology on a daily basis to ensure the customer always has access to the critical data that our products provide.
Responsibilities:
·Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues
·Interface with our world-class support, development and SQA teams to identify and to resolve product issues
·Utilizing Netscout's Knowledge Management database, research & develop technical tips and solutions
·Advise customer on network management best practices using Client product suite
Requirements:
·8 plus years in network management and customer support field.
·Experience working remotely, but cooperatively with HQ .
·Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex network problems
·Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
·Effective oral and writing skills
·Process Focused and self-motivated
·Exceptional organization, time management skills and multi-tasking skills
·Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and within time constraints
·CCNA, CCNP required
·Linux Proficiency a must
