SKILLS REQUIRED:-

·         Basic Change & Release Manager job profile requirements:

·         8 to 11 years of IT work experience

·         Prior work experience as Change & Release Manager.

·         Operation experience with Design and Deployment of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Fulfillment, Availability, Release & Configuration Management.

·         Strong analytical decision making with good communication skills.

·         Solid experience in change management and configuration management Collaborate with Technology & Business or Production

·         Leads or Teams of TCS or Client to streamline & ensure the compliance of ITSM processes Responsible for Delivery of IT Service Management, in compliance with SOW and SLAs.

·         Supportable on 24/7 model.

·         Good communication skills (oral and written).

 

SKILLS DESIRED:-

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

·         2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
