Job Role: Business Systems Analyst

Location:  Charlotte, NC

Only 9+ year profiles   Key to this position: -       Technical background along with BA background -       SharePoint experience (enterprise content management systems) -       Workflows -       Imaging -       Some pl/sql, vb.net, and javascript experience is a major plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Ability to lead planning, gathering documentation of business requirements, involving interfacing with clients and (OITS) Ability to perform business analyst functions for Enterprise Content management initiatives including but not limited to: - Identifying user requirements by researching & analyzing user needs, preferences, objectives, working methods, studying how users utilize content, including data categorization & labeling; meeting w/focus groups - Documenting requirements, specifications, process improvements and solutions to meet stated objectives - Working with business units to evaluate and implement improvements to existing applications and/or processes - Act as a quality assurance testing resource Effective in assisting PM to develop initial project plan and subsequent updates Effective in working with clients & OITS to achieve solution-oriented results Required Education / Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study • 4 to 7 years demonstrating continuously increasing levels of business systems analysis responsibilities and accomplishments Preferred Experience: MUST HAVE ---- working with imaging/workflow applications & enterprise content management systems Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java script, VB Scripting, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements.
